NARAYANGARH: A member of parliament, Krishna Kumari Shrestha, said on Wednesday that she has not yet received allowan-ces meant for parliamentarians.

Speaking at a programme organised on the occasion of 2551th birthday of Gautam Buddha, Shrestha, the parliamentarian from the NC, said, “As a parliamentarian, I have not received allowances. I will commit part of the allowances for construction works at the bihar if I receive it.”

The bihar was built in Bharatpur Municipality-3 in 1967. It is famous among the Narayangarh residents as the Buddha Park.
