Rekha Satyal released her first album ‘Nauli’ on June 21. The album comprises of eight melodic numbers. Her attempt should be appreciated because Satyal has a voice of enormous potential. The songs on this first album can be categorised as ‘adhunik’ numbers, a modern genre of Nepali music. The first track “Malai Aakash Jun” talks about unconditional love. It is penned by Yuvraj Poudel. “Maya Phool Ho Ki” written by Tika Bhandari tries to compare and define love. Most of the songs revolve around the topic ‘Love’. The music is also soothing and complements the song’s composition arranged to fit the mood of the lyrics. The album is marketed by Bagina Records.
