Nepalgunj, May 29:

Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Sikh religious leaders today participated in a campaign for peace and harmony.

Head Buddhist monk Jaya Bahadur Lama, Gurudwara head of Shikh religion Amarjit Singh, Islam Maulana Jabbar Manjari, priest at Bageshwori temple Chandan Nath Yogi, including others, expressed their commitment to maintain social harmony through religious harmony in the society. They also spoke on the need of peace for development.
