KAVRE:

A person, who was held by the police for boozing, died in police custody on Sunday. The dead, identified as 55-year-old Kamal Neupane, of Khanalthok VDC-2, had been held at a police post at Bhakunde. Locals have accused policemen of beating Neupane to death.
