Management guru Acharya Shree Dhruv of the Universal Spiritual Centre (USC) conducted a mind management and refreshment class for inmates of the Nakkhu jail here today. Some 26 prisoners attended the programme organised on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Earlier, the USC had organised mind management courses for the inmates. Addressing the function, Acharya Dhruv said Yoga and meditation is essential in purifying the impure souls and overcoming temptations to a materialistic life.
