Lalitpur:

Lakpa Diki Sherpa won the women’s 5km race organised under the Springwood NRN Kathmandu International Marathon. In the men’s 5km, Deak Googan of Scotland finished first, while Deepak Desar won the High School (boys’) 3km race and Maya Lama won the girls’ section title. The winners in Bhaktapur were Umesh Shrestha (men’s 5km), Sumitra Koju (women’s 5km), Surendra Gyachha (High School boys’ 3km) and Sarita Bashi (High School girls’ 3km).
