Hetauda, November 18:
Maoist and YCL cadres today grabbed three houses and land belonging to former royal regime minister Kamal Thapa in Makawanpur.
A team of cadres led by the Maoists’ Makwanpur district committee hoisted their party flag atop Thapa’s two-storey house near Kantirajpath in Hetauda municipality. They also seized his 11 katthas of land and two other houses in Bhairwa Tole of Hetauda municipality-5. Maoist city in-charge Prem Pulami Magar Chhintu said the Maoist drive to grab the property of royal regime functionaries would continue and accused the government
of remaining silent on
the issue of nationalising the property of such individuals.
