The Dhading Transport Entrepreneurs Association has stopped all vehicles to ply to several destinations operated from Dhadingbesi for an indefinite period from Tuesday demanding restoration of law and order situation.
Their move came after a bus was set on fire after it hit a six-year-old child, Sita Ram Tamang, and killed him on the spot on Monday.
General secretary of the association, Krishna Prasad Lamsal, said bus service was discontinued after police failed to prevent the incident of torching of the bus, adding
the strike will continue until security situation is improved.
