Think of a meal full of protein, zinc and nutrients that our body needs and also irresistibly delicious — think steak. For those who like a filling meal consisting mostly of meat this is the perfect dish to savour. To fulfil your desire try one of the mouth-watering items at Radisson hotel that has been conducting ‘Steak Escape’, a steak promotion at Olive Bar and Bistro for almost a month now. Most of the steak available at the Bistro are beef thus is mainly focused on the expatriates of the Valley.

Cut through T-bone steak and devour the taste of meat marinated in herbs and olive oil, you can even try Rib-Eye steak cooked in wine and pepper till perfection. If you like something creamy go for Chateaubriand, a dish prepared with tenderloin cooked with mushroom and Camembert (French cheese) sauce. Chef Basanta Prasad Joshi suggests Oso Boco a dish prepared of 12-month veal shank cooked with red wine and pan jus. All beef items are imported from Australia and New Zealand. Beefsteak can be ordered in rare, medium and well done, but the chef suggests having rare or medium, as they taste the best.

Not a big beef fan? Don’t worry, the promotion also has Maple-glazed Norwegian salmon steak, Mint lamb steak and Chicken steak. Chicken steak is prepared with grilled chicken breast with fillings. Vegetarians don’t need to worry, as cottage cheese steak is available just for you. Order for Rocky mountain steak salad as starter, steak is served with side dishes like garlic whipped ma-shed potato, baked ja-cket potato, French fries, garlic sautéed mushro-oms, creamed garlic spi-nach, spicy potato wed-ges and crispy potato sk-ins, you can choose any two. Steaks are available for both lunch and dinner; your steak will be accompanied by

either a bottle of Carlsberg beer or a glass of wine. And there will be live music to make the whole experience even more delightful. The Steak Escape will continue till December 23.
