Nat’l TT postponed

KATHMANDU: All Nepal Table Tennis Association (ANTTA) has postponed the 32nd National Table Tennis (TT) Tournament. The ANTTA has indefinitely postponed the tournament which was scheduled to begin here from February 7. “The recent strikes called by various groups in tarai have forced us to take the decision,” said the ANTTA in a release here on Wednesday. — HNS

KCC in final

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu City Club (KCC) edged out Gyan Bhairav Club 2-0 in to enter the final of the seventh Sano Gaucharan Knockout Football Tournament on Wednesday. Anil Gurung and Nirajan scored a goal each. Kathmandu City will play the winner of Thursday’s other semi-finals between Himalayan Sherpa Club and Gyan Bhairav Club. — HNS
