MAHOTTARI: Hattilet VDC secretary Ramlagan Singh, who had been abducted by JTMM-J cadres on Sunday, was released on Monday evening in Mohattari. Singh was abducted from Fulahatta Parikauli and was released from Ratauli VDC, army commander of JTMM-J Surya said over telephone to journalists. — HNS
