Since 1877, Regis University, a Colorado college, has been meeting the needs of students through innovative classroom-based or online programmes centred in academic excellence.

More than 16,000 students are studying in Regis University. This

Colorado-based college comprises three Schools — Regis College, the Rueckert-Hartman College for

Health Professions and the College for Professional Studies — and

offers classes in a campus-based setting as well as online programmes in a range of studies.

Residence

Residence life manages the on-campus student housing facilities: the Townhouses, DeSmet, O’Connell, and West Halls. In doing so, the staff maintain the buildings as well as manage and assist the residents of the buildings. Each residential room has Internet access, cable television access, and free local phone service with voice-mail. The residential facilities are co-ed by wing, suite, or townhome. All halls feature 24-hour computer labs, free laundry, and community lounges with expanded basic cable television, VCRs, and DVD players.

Application details

Freshman Admission Evaluation: Applications for the freshman class are reviewed on the basis of high school record, ACT or SAT scores, activities, personal essay, and a counsellor or teacher recommendation.

Regis has a rolling admissions policy. Regis will evaluate the SAT based on the 1600 possible points from the Critical Reading and Mathematics sections; Regis will not be using the Writing Sections in either the SAT or ACT.

International Student Requirements

International student applicants must have attained the equivalent of a US high school diploma. Official transcripts from each secondary school attended must be translated into English and forwarded to Regis.

English requirements

ELS (English Language School): Must have satisfactorily completed level 109.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language): Minimum score of 550. Regis TOEFL code number is 4656.

The student must obtain an official letter of financial guarantee from an embassy or sponsor verifying that the applicant has sufficient funds to pay all expenses for the entire course of study at Regis. Receipt of funds for first semester tuition and fees is required prior to the issuance of the I-20 Student Visa.
