Nepal Sadbhawana Party-Anandidevi candidate from Saptari Constituency No 3, Surendra Prasad Singh, and NSP-A candidate from Saptari Constituency No 4, Jismul Khan, along with hundreds of party activists staged a sit-in at the meeting venue of NSP-A central committee in

Rajbiraj today.

“Our demand is to make public chairperson Anandi Devi Singh and to take action against those responsible for the party’s defeat. Those involved in boycotting the election should not decide the party’s PR list,” Singh said.

“The central committee meeting and the protest programmes have been postponed for tomorrow after reaching an aggrement to hold talks with the representatives of committee and those staging the sit-in,” Singh said, adding: “Party central members, including Babu Nandan Yadav, Kasim Siddiki and chairman of Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, Dhanusha and Bardiya are also supporting me.”
