Nine hurt in mishap

TANAHUN: Nine persons were injured when a bus heading to Kathmandu from Pokhara met with an accident at Kantara of Byas Municipality-8 in Tanahun on Wednesday night. The condition of two injured is reportedly critical. Police have arrested bus driver Lekhanath Adhikari for investigation. — HNS

School padlocked

RAUTAHAT: Students of Shankargudar School in Samanpur VDC on Thursday padlocked the school accusing the teachers of not attending the classes regularly and to protest the lack of textbooks and absence of headmaster from the school. — HNS
