Blast in cop’s house; 2 hurt

JANAKPURDHAM: Two persons were injured when a crude bomb went off in the house of an assistant sub-inspector in Janakpur municipality-14 on Thursday. Ram Chhabila Yadav of Dhanusha’s Gopalpur VDC-2 and Manoj Shah of Mujaffarpur, India, who had been staying at ASI Yogendra Yadav’s house, were injured in the blast. Shah, who was critically hurt, was sent to Kathmandu for treatment, police said. The two injured are cadres of Rajan Mukti-led Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha-Rajan, police said.
