HETAUDA: A group of unidentified armed men looted Rs 20 million from a mini-truck at Phaparbari VDC-7 in Makwanpur district on Saturday evening.

The looters took the truck under their control and looted the money from Kajiman Gurung, who was returning from Raigaun after selling wholesale goods.

According to Area Police office Phaparbari, Gurung was injured in the incident. He is undergoing treatment at Beteni Health Post Phaparbar. His condition is stated to be critical.

The looters had used two guns and two khukuris for the looting. —
