Kathmandu: eaders and lawyers today condemned the Maoist-led government for intervening in the judiciary and Nepali Army. Speaking here, UML leader Pradip Gyawali said, 'We will not tolerate the intervention in the judiciary and the army.' Nepali Congress leader Dr Ram Sharan Mahat asked the government to immediately roll back its decision to take action against Chief of Army Staff Rookmangud Katawal. He lauded the the national army for not supporting the suspended king Gyanendra. Minister of Environment, Science and Technology Ganesh Shah, however, said the government would take action against the CoAS at any cost. 'It is worrysome that foreign forces are pressuring on the matter. But the government will remain unaffected.'
