KATHMANDU: Indian Foreign secretary Shiv Shankar Menon will arrive here on Saturday on a two-day visit to Nepal. During his stay Menon will hold talks with Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala and leaders from various political parties, including Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala. The political scenario of Nepal, the PM’s upcoming visit to India and bilateral relations top the agenda. The date of the PM’s visit to India will be decided during Menon’s stay. This will be the Indian Foreign Secretary’s second visit to Nepal in four months.
