RAUTAHAT: A central member of Terai outfit Terai Army was held on Wednesday night by the police with a weapon. According to the police the detainee has been identified as the Sailendra Gupta alias Mr. Raj. Gupta who was a suspected to be involved in the Kathmandu blast was at large for a long time. According to sub-inspector Ghanananda Bhatta a pistol and a few bullets were seized from him.
