KATHMANDU: The Special Court on Tuesday directed Keshav Sthapit, former mayor, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, to pay Rs 31 million to the metropolis as he failed to collect local tax during his tenure. A bench of justices Gauri Bahadur Karki, Bhola Prasad Kharel and Om Prakash Mishra made the decision.
