POKHARA: Chairman of UPCN-Maoist Puspha Kamal Dahal on Friday said that issues regarding the civilian supremacy should be broadly discussed in the parliament to pave the path for timely constitution.

Talking with reporters in Pokhara, Dahal said that the issues raised by his party should be discussed so that it could protect the national sovereignty and democratic values. He said that the reinstatement of the civilian supremacy was a must in the country so that everyone would be assured of timely constitution and further said that it would not create favourable environment to draft the constitution if his party’s demands were ignored. Dahal is in Pokhara to attend a training session of the party cadres.
