DHARAN: Unified CPN-Maoist central member and former minister Gopal Kiranti today accused the government of preparing to dissolve the Constituent Assembly. Speaking at a press meet organised by Kirant Rai Journalists' Association here, Kiranti said, 'The UML-led government's barring a resolution motion against the President's unconstitutional move from being presented at the parliament indicates that it wants to dissolve the CA.' Reminded that the Maoists were in a state of delusion by sidelining the constitution writing, he said the party would prioritise the task after forming a government under their leadership. 'The motion was not allowed in the parliament since the Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist feared a split in it,' Kiranti said.
