NEPALGUNJ: UCPN-Maoist cadres on Saturday greeted Minister of State for Tourism Satrukhan Prasad Singh in Nepalgunj with black flags. Singh was scheduled to address a programme in Nepalgunj as the chief guest. They also chanted slogans demanding the reinstatement of civilian supremacy.
