KATHMANDU: TU Teaching Hospital premises has been tense since morning following altercation between its staff and doctors on Monday. Staff of the hospital shut the hospital excluding the emergency department accusing Dr. Mod Nath Bhattarai, chief of anaesthetic department, of misbehaving with a staff.
