JANAKPUR: Prior to the upcoming national festivals Dashain, Tihar and Chhath, the underground Terai outfit Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTMM) led by Jwala Singh Thursday announced a month long ceasefire effective from September 19. JTMM ordered its party cadres not to perform any armed activities and allow the citizens enjoy the festival in peace and harmony without any fear.
