MAHOTTARI: Ram Janam Chaudhary, 50, a resident of Singiyahi-5, who was critically injured after he was shot at by an unidentified gang on Wednesday, succumbed to his injuries the same day. He breathed his last while being rushed to Janakpur for treatment. A gang of five had shot Chaudhary on his way home after purchasing essentials at Bhagawatipur in Dhamaura VDC. The body was handed over to family members after an autopsy in Janakpur Zonal Hospital, police said.
