The Crazy In Love superstar is an expert at performing in her stilettos, prompting some far-fetched claims she hits the gym with her sexy footwear too. But she insists she only steps into her heels when she's dancing. She tells Billboard, "No, I don't run on a treadmill in heels. That's a bit extreme! But I do practise my choreography in heels."
