KATHMANDU: Sri Investment and Finance Company Ltd gained a profit of Rs 28.6 million in the fiscal year 2008-09. The 15th AGM of the company held on Friday decided to give 5.26 per cent cash bonus to its investors. The company collected Rs 79 billion and invested Rs 996.3 billion last year. It is planning to issue right shares to increase paid-up capital to Rs 200 million.
