KATHMANDU: The Constitutional Council meeting scheduled for the selection of new Chief Justice was put off on Monday. Next date of the meeting, however, has not been fixed. Minister of Law and Justice Prem Bahadur Singh, who is an ex-officio member of the CC, said the meeting was shelved, as all top leaders were busy in discussions on the budget.
