BARDIYA: Local Development Minister and Nepali Congress central member Purna Kumar Serma accused the Maoists of blocking the way to consensual politics by not abiding by the peace accord. He was speaking at a face-to-face programme organised by Press Club Nepal and Nepal Press Union in Gulariya. He said continuation of threats and extortion were the violation of the peace agreement. "Civilian supremacy means the parliamentary supremacy and rule of law", he said, adding, politics based on consensus would resolve problems.
