Two frozen to death UDAYPUR: Two persons have frozen to death due to dip of mercury during the last 24 hours in Udaypur. According to the District Police Office, Krishna Khadka of Sangam Tole of Triyuga Municipality- 2 was found frozen to death near his house on Saturday morning. Similarly, an elderly man had died of severe cold in Gaighat Bazaar on Friday. Binod Rai (55) of Aanptaar was found dead in his bed, said DSP Pashupati Nath Dotel. Girl takes poison, dies CHITWAN: A girl died of consuming poisonous substance in Bhandara VDC-8 of Chitwan district on Friday night. Monika Lama, 15, died on the way to hospital after she consumed poison, said chitwan police. Similarly, Ram Kumar Darai of Piple-7 of the district has been undergoing treatment when he fell sick due to poison consumption. His condition is said to be serious.
