KATHMANDU: An online Nepali radio based in Toronto, Canada, has begun to broadcast its service from today. The service has an objective of making Nepali language, literature and culture known to the world. Radio Titan Nepali Sewa was established on the initiatives of Nepali Diaspora in Canada and can be reached at www.nepali-radiotan.com. According to Kamala Sapkota, station manager, the radio programmes would be produced in Australia, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Nepal and other countries in due course of time. The radio service would bring closer Nepalis, who are abroad on various purposes, she said, adding, that the radio programmes would inspire the youths of Nepal to contribute towards the society.
