KATHMANDU: A trade delegation from the Nepal-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NBCCI) visited three Brazilian capitals from August 26 to September 1.

NBCCI President Akhil Chapagain led the group of 18 businessmen from various sectors — ranging from textiles to tourism — as per a press release issued by Embassy of Brazil in Kathmandu, on Friday. The NBCCI was launched in January this year.

The embassy hopes that this first visit will augur enhanced trade and cultural relations between Brazil and Nepal, the statement adds.
