Don Bosco Holds Motivational Orientation

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Don Bosco College (KDBC), Lazimpat strove to reflect its motto ‘Explore business potentials, change the world, shape your future and make a difference’ at its orientation programme by inculcating marketing game for its students studying MBA. The orientation was organised on the college premises on August 7.

The marketing game was the highlight of the event. The students were divided into groups of three to four members and they had to advertise a product. The game aimed at increasing students’ participation and team work. It allowed the students to get to know each other and made the overall experience fun and interesting.

The programme had a motivational speech by Prof Dr Sriram Bhagut Mathe. He focused on the four I’s — Imagination, Inspiration, Illumination and Insight — which are necessary to be future leaders and he hoped to see these qualities in his students.

KDBC, which has a strategic partnership with three reputed colleges — Kathmandu Don Bosco College, Little Angles College of Higher Studies (LACHS) and Xavier Academy College of Graduate Studies (XACGS) — strives to provide graduates the opportunities to get exposure to various international universities.
