BHAKTAPUR: A man was found murdered in Manahara of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality in Bhaktapur.

The body of the deceased who appeared in his 40s, was retrieved from a taxi (Ba 1 Jha 1040), the Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi confirmed.

According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police Prajjwal Maharjan, the body with severe head and face injuries from the attack by rocks and bricks was found on the backseat of the taxi.

Meanwhile, police are trying to ascertain his identity.

Police have cordoned off the incident site for further investigations into the incident.
