KATHMANDU: The government on Monday formed a three-member committee to probe the incident of aviation fuel spillage from a Nepal Airlines aircraft at the Tribhuvan International Airport last week.

Former Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Hari Bhakta Sharma, leads the committee whereas former CAAN Deputy Director General Suman Kumar Shrestha and Directorate General of Army Aviation's Colonel Laxmi Prasad Tumbahamphe are members of the team.
