PM thanks Indonesia for post-earthquake support

KATHMANDU: The Indonesian Ambassador to Nepal Iwan Waranata-Atmadja paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in Baluwatar, Kathmandu on Thursday.

Thanking the Indonesian government for its support in rehabilitation of survivors after the 2015 Gorkha earthquqake, PM Dahal during the meeting mentioned that the bilateral relations between Nepal and Indonesia elevated to a new height during the term of Waranata-Atmadja.

Similarly, Dahal also expressed his interest to cooperate with Indonesia for enhancing tourism, hydropower and economic sector of Nepal in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Waranata-Atmadja informed that his country had provided free and on-arrival visa to Nepalis visiting it.

The outgoing envoy had paid a farewell call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Sheetal Niwas yesterday.
