KATHMANDU: Two persons have been critically injured after two others attacked them with stick and spade  at Ashapuri Tole of Kageshwori  Manahara Municipality, Kathmadnu on Saturday.

Dirgha Bahadur Khadka and Rajesh Basnet , members of Ashapuri Tole Sudhaar Samiti, were thrashed by Bidur KC (46) and Kul Bahadur KC (48) for some road expansion issues, police said.

Khadka has been taken to the Motherland Hospital of Pepsicola and Basnet was referred to Annapurna Neuro Hospital, Maitighar for further treatment.
