Correction will be sought from judiciary: Dahal
KATHMANDU: Unified CPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal today said the correction of the Supreme Court’s interim order would be sought through judicial process.
“We don’t want to disrespect the court and therefore we have decided to go to the court seeking to vacate the interim order,” Dahal told reporters following his meeting with President Ram Baran Yadav today.

According to Dahal, President Yadav said there should not be any conflict among the three organs of the state. “The President was concerned about the possible conflict between the three organs of the state,” Dahal told the reporters.
Dahal added that President Yadav was for the formation of an authority for the reconstruction only after serious discussions among parties. The discussions today focused on formation of an authority for reconstruction, Supreme Court’s interim order and implementation of the 16-point agreement, said Dahal.
