Four cadres of Chand-led NCP held in Bhojpur

BHOJPUR: Four cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party were arrested for their alleged involvement in anti-poll activities.

Police on Thursday held Nepal Communist Party's cadres from different parts of Bhojpur after bomb attack on the vehicle carrying CPN-UML candidate Sherdhan Rai.

Police Inspector Geet Narayan Chaudhary informed that police caught Lok Bahadur Bishta from Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality-2, Chhinamakhu, Durga Bhattarai from ward 2, Kudakkaule and Jeevan Rai from ward 10, Boya of Khadananda Municipality and Gopal Parajuli of Bhojpur Municipality.

Issuing a press release, district secretary of the Nepal Communist Party Maden Kiranti condemned the arrest of its cadres.
