JHAPA: Police arrested Deputy Commander of Deuman Limbu’s underground outfit Harang from Damak Municipality in Jhapa on Tuesday night. The arrested has been identified as Sanjaman Limbu.

Police said Sanjaman was in the police’s most wanted list. He was involved in the outfit’s ethnic politics in the hilly districts of the east.

According to police, Sanjaman was involved in a clash with police with weapons int Ibakhu of Taplejung on September 27.

Police said Sanjaman has been kept in the DPO and further investigation into the case is under way.
