Members of provincial assembly in Province 7 to be sworn on Sunday

DHANGADHI: Provincial assembly members from Province 7 are set to take oath on Sunday. Kailali District Coordination Committee’s building in Dhangadhi, which will be set up as provincial assembly’s hall, is being arranged with the workers are mobilized for the essential maintenance and paint work.

“The building is almost ready to host the swearing-in ceremony, there are only few small works remaining which will be finished on time,” said Govinda Rijal, Chief District Officer of Kailali.

A total of 53 members of provincial assembly will take oath under governor Mohan Raj Malla. Far Western Regional Forest Directorate’s quarter and Cottage and Small Industry Office will serve as the secretariat and residence of the governor where the security personals have been deployed.

Since the air services in Dhangadhi and Nepalgunj have been halted due to heavy fog, governor is returning by roadway.
