Nepal, India sign 3 agreements on bilateral ties

KATHMANDU: Nepal and India signed three agreements during Nepali Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's state visit to the southern neighbour on Friday.

According to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, the agreements signed today for extending bilateral cooperation further include:

  1. MoU for project management consultancy services for upgradation/ improvement of road infrastructure in Tarai of Nepal
  2. First amendatory dollar credit line for post-earthquake reconstruction projects in Nepal
  3. New dollar credit line agreement of USD 750 million for post-earthquake reconstruction.
