DHADING: Two persons died on the spot after a motorcycle they were riding on met with an accident in Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-1 of Dhading district in the wee hours of Monday.

The deceased have been identified as Bhuwan Pandey (26) and Jitendra Adhikari (30), both the residents of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-2 in the district.

The incident occurred when the motorcycle (Ba 79 7272) en route from Salyantar to Aarughat skidded off the road and fell about 10 metres below killing the duo riders in Salyantar Daunne at 3:30 am today, according to the District Police Office, Dhading.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
