KATHMANDU: Rujesh Shahi won silver medal in the seventh Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand on Friday. Shahi finished second in the men’s 55kg weight category in which bodybuilders from nine countries took part. Players from India and China were first and third respectively. According to General Secretary Dinesh Rajbhandari, the achievement is the biggest in Nepali bodybuilding history. Shyam Shrestha had won bronze in the second edition of the championship in India.
