Nepal COVID-19 Update: 87 new cases, 62 recoveries one fatality and 232 deaths updated on Wednesday

Nepal's Health Ministry shared the latest updates on coronavirus contagion from across the country.
Till date, 2,173,511 tests through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method have been carried out wherein 4,127 tests were performed in the last 24 hours.
At present, there are 59 people under quarantine in various facilities across the country. The number of active cases in Nepal is 766.
87 new cases of the coronavirus infection were registered today taking the national tally to 274,381.
As many as 62 persons earlier diagnosed with the disease have tested negative in the last 24 hours. With the recent addition, the national COVID-19 recovery tally has now reached 270,605.
The total nationwide death-toll has advanced to 3,010, today, with one person succumbing to Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, but with 233 fatalities reported through the revised data of various authorities involved in managing Covid-19 pandemic in the country.
As of today, the country has witnessed 274,381 cases of the coronavirus infection while 270,605 people have recovered from the disease. Meanwhile, 3,010 COVID-19 fatalities have been confirmed.
