Nepal COVID-19 Update: 66 new cases, 58 recoveries and no fatalities recorded on Sunday

Nepal's Health Ministry shared the latest updates on coronavirus contagion from across the country.
Till date, 2,192,836 tests through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method have been carried out wherein 4,111 tests were performed in the last 24 hours.
At present, there are 53 people under quarantine in various facilities across the country. The number of active cases in Nepal is 825.
66 new cases of the coronavirus infection were registered today taking the national tally to 274,721.
As many as 58 persons earlier diagnosed with the disease have tested negative in the last 24 hours. With the recent addition, the national COVID-19 recovery tally has now reached 270,886.
The total nationwide death-toll remains at 3,010 as no fatalities have been recorded in the last 24 hours.
As of today, the country has witnessed 274,721 cases of the coronavirus infection while 270,886 people have recovered from the disease. Meanwhile, 3,010 COVID-19 fatalities have been confirmed.
