COVID-19 lockdown in Dhading extended by a week till June 29 with some relaxations

The in-place COVID-19 lockdown in Dhading district has been extended further by a week.
A meeting of the District COVID-19 Crisis Management Committee held on Monday decided to stretch the lockdown by another week till June 29 after the last imposed prohibitory order expired yesterday mid-night.
However, some relaxation to business owners have been provided in line with which hotels and restaurants will be allowed to operate from 8 am-8 pm.
According to Chief District Official (CDO), Gyan Prasad Dhakal, government offices that provide emergency services and financial institutions will remain open with limited staffers.
Meanwhile, with the exception of party palaces, beauty parlors, gymnasiums, sport infrastructures, cinema halls and weekly markets all other shops will be remain open till 1: 00 mid-day.
