Monsoon to be active again from tomorrow

The monsoon will be active once again from Thursday.
The monsoon will be active across the country from Thursday as the monsoon low-pressure system will gradually shift closer to the Tarai region.
Meteorologist Raju Pradhananga said that light to moderate rainfall had been predicted at most of the places of the country due to the monsoon low pressure system.
Some places of Province 1, 2, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini will witness heavy rainfall on Thursday.
Similarly, very heavy rainfall has been forecast at some places of Province 1, 2, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim on Friday and Saturday and the Meteorological Forecasting Division has requested all to stay alert.
The weather in most of the places across the country will be generally fully cloudy at present and light to moderate rainfall has been taking place in some places of Province 1, 2, Bagmati and Gandaki.
Meteorologist Pradhananga said that there is a possibility of heavy rainfall along with thunder at one or two places of Province 1, Bagmati and Lumbini.
As per the weather update shared by the Division, the minimum temperature is 19.8 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature 29.2 degrees Celsius in Kathmandu valley today.
