Ward office in Saptari padlocked

Locals padlocked the office of Ward 6 of Agnisair Krishnasabaran Rural Municipality saying the ward chair had failed to punish people involved in creating social disturbance from Mahuli bazaar in Saptari today.

Locals padlocked the office of Ward 6 of Agnisair Krishnasabaran Rural Municipality saying the ward chair had failed to punish people involved in creating social disturbance from Mahuli bazaar in Saptari today.

Locals padlocked the ward office saying that ward Chair Kusum Acharya had ignored their calls to probe and punish people from Mahuli bazaar.

Locals asked the employees to move out of their office and padlocked the office.

Local Mohammad Inamul Alam said they were forced to padlock the office after their verbal and written pleas to probe and punish the group of people involved in anarchic activities were ignored.

Another local Ram Narayan Mehata complained that the ward office and Mahuli Area Police Office had ignored their pleas to take action against people causing disturbance and anarchy in society.
